Institute Of Computational Biology offers Bioinformatics Research Projects for the students in the following domain:
· Biological Database Development
· In silico Drug Designing
· Systems Biology
· Biological Network Designing
· Phylogenetic Analysis
· Cancer Biology
· Microbial Bioinformatics
· Micro array data analysis
· Subtractive Genomics
Highlights of the Project work:
· Student /Project trainees will be given complete training on all the software’s relevant to the project work.
· All the projects are research based having scope of national/international publication and presentation.
· Projects will be offered based on past knowledge of students and their interest in a specific research area in bioinformatics.
· Our research advisers include researchers from Yale University, USA, Wageningen University and Research Center (WUR), Netherlands, IGIB, Delhi, University of Calcutta
· Working candidates can undergo the bioinformatics research work on weekends.
Duration Of the Project: 1/2/3/4/6 months.
IOCB assists all outstation students to get accommodation in Paying Guest near to office location.
