Dear Sir,

HOUSING/PERSONAL/BUSINESS LOAN

AMOUNT: - 3 lacs to 5 CR

RATE OF INTEREST:-  6% per year for 10 years

DISBURSEMENT:-  60 days

SERVICE CHARGE: - 2%

T&C:-

1.       Borrower has to apply with full documents.

2.      An agreement and PDC will be given as security for processing fees.

3.      If disbursement is not done in 60 days, handling charges will be returned.

4.      Meeting will be held between party to party face-to-face.

5.      Service charge has to be given after disbursement of the loan amount.

NOTE:  It will be strictly consultants will not be allowed for meeting the Financer.  If an consultant is bringing the Borrower, the consultant has to direct us and we shall inform the consultant when disbursement happens at that time he/she can collect his service charges.

Project Loan

AMOUNT: - Any amount of project loan can be given

RATE OF INTEREST:-  2% per year for 15 years

DISBURSEMENT:-  60 days

SERVICE CHARGE: - 2%

T&C:-

1.       Borrower has to apply with full documents.

2.      E.M.I. has to be paid at the end of every year and once in 5 years you need to pay smart part of principal amount.

3.      Meeting will be held between party to party face-to-face.

4.      Service charge has to be given after disbursement of the loan amount.
