Wanted Reception Manager

A Tamilnadu based hospitality company, based at Yelagiri is looking for Reception Manager.

Desirables:

·        The person must be a graduate or an MBA in Hotel Management (or in any other stream from hospitality domain)

·        2-3 years experience from the field.

·        Very good interpersonal skill with command over English and Tamil

·        Pleasing personality and convincing nature is highly desirable.

·        Must be a team player and capable to communicate and direct the responsibilities as desired.

·        Must be self motivated to get the requisite job done at own level and career focused to see the growth.

Responsibility

·        Guest handling and relationship

·        Supervising the floor operations such as allotment for rooms, food/beverages, staff handling, stock, cleanliness etc.

·        Tracking and managing the accommodation facilities for the customers and ensuring timely maintenance of the facilities.

·        Managing promotional activities for the concern

·        Co-ordinating with vendors/suppliers as and when required

·        Collecting regular feedbacks from customers and initiating quality improvement for the service.

·        Managing Data entry Operations through online and offline such as reservation, guest data management, payment details, billing/invoicing etc.

·        Call handling and requisite follow-ups with guests

Remuneration: based on industry standards and experience
