Recognition Of Institution’s Examinations :
GOVT. OF INDIA ( MHRD & AICTE) :
The Minisrty of HRD ,Govt. of India had conducted recognition audit for the I.Mech.E(India) in the year 2006 as follows :
? All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE) : The MHRD got re-examined the syllabus thru A.I.C.T.E. for the Mechanical Engineering Degree & Diploma conducted by the I.Mech.E (India) .
? High Level Committee for Recognition of Technical Qualifications under Deptt. Of Education : The MHRD reviewed the I.Mech.E(India)’s Infrastructure ,Training Facilities , examination procedure , rules ,regulations , Eligibility cretria , Examiners , Method of Examination , Office Bearers -Teaching & Non-Teaching etc.. thru a High Level Committee under Deptt. Of Education.
The MHRD, Govt. of India on the recommendations of the A.I.C.T.E. and the High Level Committee had accorded recognition for the A.M.I.Mech.E (I) & T.Eng. as per NEW SYLLABUS (recommended by the A.I.C.T.E. ) vide their letter No.-F.23-2/2001 Dt. 24th Nov. 2006.
The MHRD, GOI has allowed the students of I.Mech.E(I) registered prior to 10.06.2002 to complete their Mechanical Engineering Degree & Diploma as per old syllabus only upto Dec.’06 and further recognized the Degree and Diploma as per old syllabus also for Central Govt. Jobs.
Union Public Service Commission (U.P.S.C.) :
These examinations are recognized by the U.P.S.C. for admission to Engineering Service Examination , IAS, IFS , CDSE etc..
FOR P.G. LEVEL COURSES (INDIA) :
Recognised for M.Tech. at IITs.
Recognised for PGDBM at IIMs.
Recognised for all other Entrance Tests like-AIMA etc.. for admission to P.G. Courses in Indian Universities.
FOR P.G. LEVEL COURSES (USA) : -
State University of Claifornia,USA : A.M.I.Mech.E(I) is recognised for M.S.(Mech.) at State University of California,USA .
Many of the Institution’s students have completed above P.G. in Engg. from USA.
PUBLIC & PRIVATE SECTOR UNDERTAKINGS :
Recognised for appointment /promotion to superior post & services in Public sector undertakings like -ONGC,BHEL,BEL,HAL,AAI,BPCL,HPCL,Ordinance Factories ,OICL, Port Trusts etc.. & Large private sector undertakings wherever Mechanical Enginering Degree & Diploma are required Educational Qualifications.
