Excellence Awards 2011 at Indira GBS

The Indira Group of Institutes held their tenth edition of its prestigious Indira Marketing and Excellence Awards 2011, in which various corporate organisations and individuals  were honoured for their outstanding contribution to the fields of marketing and corporate brand building. The awards were conceived by Dr. R. L. Bhatia, CEO, Fun & Joy at Work and had the theme, ‘Circle of Life’ Padmashree Lila Poonawalla, former CMD of Alfa Laval Industries received the Lifetime Achievement award, which were
presented to her by industrialist Arun Firodia and Tarita Shankar, Chairperson of Indira Group of Institutes. The evening reached another high when the when the musical trio of Shankar, Ehsaan and Loy descended to entertain a three thousand plus crowd. They began their musical performance with an enchanting presentation of the title song of the film Dil Chahta Hai and went on to belt out tracks from their kitty.
