Hello,  this is Neera, a Reebok Certified Body conditioning and Aerobics coach who imparts PERSONAL TRAINING in Fitness for individualss at their residence.  Training involves, weight loss, strength training, stamina, flexibility and balance building for a well toned, attractive and a fit body.

Credentials: Have been certified in Yoga Instruction by ‘Swami Vivekananda Yoga Anusandhana Samsthana’ (A Yoga University), Anekal, Jigni. Have been teaching Yoga in Organizations, Fitness centers and Residential complexes.

·        Reebok Certified Aerobics and Body Conditioning Coach and have been conducting Personal Training and Group Fitness classes for satisfied clients.

·        A long distance runner, having won various prizes in 10 K and Half Marathons (3rd place in Sunfeast open 10K, 1st place in Contours International Women’s day run, 2010 and 2011; 1stplace in Bangalore Duathlon,  positions in Bangalore Ultra, Kaveri trail Marathon, Urban Stampede  etc).  

·        Train at the Nike Run Club. I offer training programmes catering to aspiring runners and those who want to improve their run performance.

·        An avid cyclist, having won Duathlon 2010 and positions at the Bangalore Bicycle Championships.

·        A black belt in Isshinryu Karate.  Am in the process of forming Self Defense Modules for women.
