Our client a leading financial services distribution company with a team of 4500 young achievers spread across 140+ cities in the country. For the existing set up and for ambitious global expansion plans, the company now requires the following candidates,

Job Description, Role & Responsibilities

• Expanding distribution of our financial products (LI, GI & MF)
• Development and implementation of new business development strategies.
• Delivering monthly sales volumes with apt product mix and achieving the targets by acquiring new and activating existing partners and associates
• Developing a strong sales team of relationship managers (on rolls) with high retention of the team as well as business partners and associates
• Ensuring branch profitability

Desired Profile

• Should be from a local market (Local language mandatory)
• Should have good team handling skills.
• Should be preferably from the Insurance Industry
• Should have managed channel distribution
• Should be open to traveling
