Experience / Qualifications
- A high caliber MBA with 1-2 years/ B.Com with 3-4 of prior experience in sales function. Preferably having experience in Training Industry
- He/ She should have a thorough understanding of the drivers of the business and should have demonstrated the ability to adapt and deliver in an aggressive and competitive environment
Job Responsibilities
- Meeting the sales targets
- Scheduling and Conducting preliminary meetings with the HR/ Training Heads
- Setting up follow up meetings with them
- Accompanying the Account Manager/ Trainer for the client meeting
- Co-ordination and execution of training
- Feedback from participants and the respective company heads on the training and follow up for testimonials
- Sending Invoices
- Meeting collection targets
- Establishing long term relationships with key accounts and pitching for more assignments in the key accounts
- Marketing strategy
- Advertising
- Promotions
- Brand Management
- Retail and Institutional Sales Management
