Responsibilities and Duties
1. Manage end-to-end of the employee life cycle - on boarding,rehire,
leave,movement/deputation & transfer,promotion,exit etc
2. Proactively identify gaps,scope for improvement in processes,to plug
gaps & optimize processes & efficiencies
3. Communicate & ensure understanding to employees for laws, regulations
and organizational policies
4. Manage queries of employees
5. Execute & monitor grievance & disciplinary policies & procedures to
ensure fairness & consistency
