Our training objective is three fold:

Training sessions with a wide range of programs from vocational skills and on-boarding for fresher to Mission-Vision workshops for top management are delivered by an expert team of trainers with diverse industry experience.

THE HR TRAINING & INTERNSHIP PROGRAM COVERS:
THEORY - ONE WEEK
PRACTICAL – ONE WEEK
INTERNSHIP – ONE WEEK
TOTAL DURATION – THREE WEEKS
THEORY MODULE INCLUDES:
INTRODUCTION, MANPOWER PLANNING, RECRUITMENT & SELECTION, PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL, TRAINING & PAYROLL MANAGEMENT
PRACTICAL MODULE INCLUDES:
HOW TO WORK ON JOB PORTALS (TIMESJOBS,NAUKRI.COM etc),INTERVIEWING CANDIDATES, HOW TO DESIGN - (OFFER LETTERS, APPOINTMENT LETTERS, PROMOTION LETTERS, APPRAISAL LETTERS, EXPERIENCE CERTIFICATE), HOW TO GIVE INDUCTION
INTERNSHIP MODULE :
DURATION – SIX Days (Monday to Saturday)
TIME - Three hours per day (3 pm – 6 pm)
STIPEND – Rs. 1000

GETTING THE FEEDBACK OF THE CANDIDATES FROM THE HR
ASSISTING THE HR MANAGER IN END TO END RECRUITMENT PROCESS
ADMISSION: The admission is for HR TRAINING CUM INTERNSHIP PROGRAM
FEE STRUCTURE: Currently Rs. 9000 /- for the whole course. Fees paid once is non - refundable.
MODE OF PAYMENT: Fees can be paid through cash or by Demand Draft in favor of RESOURCE MANAGEMENT payable at New Delhi
