Candidates must have existing relationships (anywhere in the India) which can be Contract to Full-Time positions. These opportunities are commission based positions for the first three months, and then adjust to a performance based model. Selected candidates will be offered a full-time employment opportunity at an appropriate level and corresponding base salary PLUS very attractive commission plan. Ideal candidates will be aggressive and confident Sales people who are able to sustain themselves for the ramp up period or those who can develop a revenue stream working part-time for the first few months, before jumping full-time into this engagement.
