Job Level: Managerial (Techno Commercial).

3. Experience: 5 year minimum

4. Qualification: B. Tech (Mechanical) or Industrial Diploma and MBA (Marketing)

5. No of Vacancies: 1

6. Salary Package: 6 to 7 Lakh CTC

7. Area of Operation: Within North India (for Industrial Lubricants).

8. Job Description and requirements, Responsibility:

We require:

i. 1 person who can operate anywhere in North India.

ii. Having knowledge of Applications of Industrial Lubricants i.e. thorough knowledge of

Physical & Chemical properties and its relevance while using the product in machinery.

iii. Experience must be in industrial selling and technical support to the consumer’s i.e.

trouble shooting of the problems related to industrial lubricants and convincing

consumed based on product vs. application and cost benefit analysis and not on pricing

alone. However the pricing shall be as per industry standards.

iv. Experienced in getting Conducted Product trials.

v. Capable to Support team in achieving target.

vi. Can handle direct sales to industries or on optional basis channel sales.

As an optional quality we will require person to handle price negotiations of the product with

consumer.

11. Age: Age should not be less than 30 year
