Key Skills:

?         Should be proficient in Flex, Flash with Action Script and MXML.
?         Should have knowledge of developing Adobe AIR applications.
?         Must have worked on connecting Flash/Flex with Server Side Technologies using web Services or AMF protocols.
?         Should have experience of developing games using these technologies along with exposure to server side technologies
?         Good Communication Skills

Other Skills:

?         Knowledge of Java will be a PLUS.
?         Candidates with knowledge of HTML5 will be preferred.
?         Bug tracking, debugging & troubleshooting
?         Quick learner, sharp analytical & debugging skills, attention to details, flexible attitude.
