Urgently require Programmer and Web Developer

Programmers/developers/designers with knowledge of asp.net vb.net and asp. Applicants who have actively worked on web applications and ERP solutions will be preferred. Applicants should have a degree in some stream of computer science and working experience with Microsoft VS.NET (especially ASP.NET and VB).
Experience will also be considered on Web Services/SOAP, XML and AJAX. Applications will be put on projects where they would need good experience on Relational Database design, strong SQL Query skills and good analytical and problem solving skills to handle software applications.
