Terms And Conditions
1. We "Grenaco Ghana" have been contracted to handle all recruitment/travel processing by our Employers in Canada.
2. Flight Ticket will be provided by employer for return after completion of contract.
3. Accommodation, medical facilities, food and transportation will be provided to employees by employer.
4. Employees will be responsible for all fees regarding processing of travel/contract documents for contract engagement.
5.Duration of Contract is 2yrs subject to rolls and extension.
6.Labour cards will be provided by employer to all employees.
7.Insurance Coverage according to the Canadian Labour Laws.
8. Other terms and conditions according to the Canadian Labour Laws.
Our recruitment, agency and embassy fees: $500.00 per candidate.
$250 USD will be paid on receipt of employment contract letters and balance of $250 USD will be paid on arrival by representative in Ghana.
Each Candidate will pay a sum of $3,460 for visa clearance. 50% of This amount is payable immediately after candidates have received visa on their passports. While other 50% will be paid the when candidates arrive at the destination (Canada).
Our Employers adopted this procedure as a result of series of loses incurred by them over the years, procuring relevant travel documents for expatriate employees and some don't turn up. Many candidates use employment as a cover to gain visa into Canada for purposes best known to them and vanish. This process is 100% legitimate
PROCEDURES FOR RECRUITMENT:
1.
1. We will demand for requested workers.
2. You will screen and shortlist candidates. You will forward to us only short listed people who are in agreement with terms and conditions, their updated English CV ( with photo), you must take note of this stage, as we will not condone any such case whereby we present employment contract letters from employer and the candidates refuse to further proceed.
3. A copy of short listed candidates will be sent to employer as to issue employment contract letters.
4. Employment contracts letters of candidates received from employer will be forwarded to you alongside with work permit visa forms for candidates to fill and return. You will be required to send to us hard copy of International passports of new employees via courier post .
5. On receipt of duly filled forms and copy of tracking number for passports, we will issue invitation letter .
6. On receipt of employment contract letter, you will be required to make part payment of $250 USD as our recruitment/commission fee. And on arrival of your representative in Ghana, you will pay balance of $250.
7. We will proceed as to issue Work permit visa. Visa clearance charges of $3,460 each will be paid Only after work permit visa has been stamped on passport.
8.Representative will board back to home.
9. Employees embark on journey for Job start.
