We, at QSolv Inc., Coimbatore are hiring Experienced Recruiters in U.S Staffing to work on our direct client requirements.
A Minimum of 2 Months experience in U.S Recruitment is required with Strong understanding of Technologies. Should be very good in Sourcing, Screening, Scheduling, Rate Negotiation, Offer follow up etc. Experience in sourcing consultants through Job Portals like Dice, Monster, refrences, Networking,Database for Full-time and Contract based roles (W2/C2C/1099).
Must have Good Communication Skills ; Willing to work night shifts.
