*As he (customer) is the investor he has no right to select the plot he can see the plot and then he has to directly do the deed of conveyance/transfer/Kharedi-Khat.

*Rates are valid only for 15 days, do not claim to company after 15 days as the rate will increase as well as the returns will come down.
