Rockford Toolcraft Inc’s metal stamping facilities house over 50 heavy stamping presses, Tooling, Engineering, Quality CNC and Wire EDM departments. Rockford Toolcraft's plant 1 is home to our corporate offices, coil fed Metal Stamping up to 1,500 tons and main tool build facility. Plant one occupies 126,000 sq.ft. on 9.5 acres and is located in the Greater Rockford Industrial Park. Rockford Toolcraft's largest metal stamping press known as "Brutus" is located at Plant two. Brutus is a Verson 4,400 Ton Transfer Press. There is also die repair, a robotic welding center, an Arku Flatmaster 50, a Fanuc robot parts loader and two Amada Lasers. The plant contains the main warehouse, shipping facility, tool build facility and an additional Quality department which is also staffed and equipped to handle any of our customers needs. Plant two occupies 191,000 sq.ft. on 13.5 acres.
